 | In an effort to improve the appearance of Farmers Branch neighborhoods, the City Council approved the Residential Incentive Program, offering awards to residents who improve the appearance of their existing home. The Major Remodel and Exterior Makeover Programs have been very successful with many homeowners receiving free services and gift cards thus far.
Take advantage of the City of Farmers Branch's Residential Incentive Program. All incentives will be awarded on a first-come first-served basis, are subject to fund availability, and are at the sole discretion of the City Council. All applications must be completed within 60 calendar days of the completion of the project.
